What does this class offer?

Our Adult classes offer many great things. We practice memorization, balance, flexibility skills, and many more great things. This year we have decided on trying two styles. Tap and Lyrical. Tap is more focused on beats and rhythms along with patterns. Lyrical is more fluid , flowy, slow. We are able to express emotions through lyrical dancing along with story telling. We work on stretching and flexibility as well. Sometimes we switch it up and try different styles some weeks just to let our bodies try everything. Come try our fun classes today!
